Tagliolini al nero di seppia con pomodorini e gamberi &#8211; 3 persone<\/strong><\/p>\n<pre>250gr tagliolini al nero di seppia\r\n500gr di crostacei interi (con il carapace)\r\n200gr di pomodorini datterini o ciliegini\r\n1 spicchio di aglio\r\n1\/2 bicchiere di vino bianco secco\r\nolio\r\nsale\r\npepe\r\nprezzemolo fresco (per guarnire)<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sgusciate i 500gr di crostacei.<br \/>\nTenete da parte la polpa e schiacciate bene le teste e i carapaci in una padella con olio e aglio.<br \/>\nSfumate con meta&#8217; del vino bianco, aggiungete mezzo bicchiere di acqua calda e fate restringere per 15 minuti circa.<br \/>\nFiltrate questo liquido concentrato (bisque) e tenetelo da parte.<\/p>\n<p>Nella padella pulita, scaldate un filo di olio, saltate i pomodorini tagliati a meta&#8217;
