PanBauletto al cioccolato<\/strong> &#8211; contenitore 21x12x11<\/p>\n<pre>430gr farina grano tenero tipo 1 (io tipo 550)\r\n290gr latte intero tiepido\r\n20gr cacao amaro\r\n50gr zucchero\r\n8gr sale\r\n40gr burro t.a.\r\n7gr lievito di birra secco (1 bustina)<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mescolate la farina con il cacao e il lievito, poi impastate per qualche minuto con tutto il latte finche&#8217; non si formera&#8217; un impasto, poi inserite lo zucchero piu&#8217; volte, sempre impastando.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inserite il sale ed il burro in piu&#8217; riprese.<br \/>\nAl termine, quando il burro sara&#8217;
