Bordi di focaccia<\/strong><\/p>\n<pre>500 g farina 0\r\n6 g lievito di birra fresco\r\n300 ml acqua\r\n25 ml olio\r\n12 g sale\r\n\r\n<strong>Salamoia (*)<\/strong>\r\n100 ml acqua\r\n100 ml olio evo\r\n15 g sale<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In una ciotola, mescolate la farina con il lievito sbriciolato e gran parte dell\u00e2\u20ac\u2122acqua.<br \/>\nAd impasto formato, inserite il sale, l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122acqua rimasta e lavorate ancora un po\u00e2\u20ac\u2122.<br \/>\nAggiungete l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122olio poco per volta, cosi&#8217; da impastare poco ma fino a farlo assorbire.<br \/>\nCoprite e lasciate lievitare per 2 ore a temperatura ambiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Allargate leggermente l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122impasto sul piano, ottenendo una sorta di filone spesso 3-4 cm.<br \/>\nTagliatelo a fette di 1-2 cm e le disponete i pezzi sulla teglia con carta forno, allungandole leggermente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-49993\" src=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/ok_IMG_20251202_141932-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"525\" height=\"295\" srcset=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/ok_IMG_20251202_141932-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/ok_IMG_20251202_141932-150x84.jpg 150w, https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/ok_IMG_20251202_141932-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/ok_IMG_20251202_141932-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 525px) 100vw, 525px\" \/><br \/>\nCoprite e lasciate riposare per 45 minuti a temperatura ambiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tirate nuovamente le punte di ogni fetta, come fossero grissini, fino a raggiungere i bordi della teglia (lato corto).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Spennellate i vostri \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcbordi\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 con la salamoia di acqua, olio e sale e schiacciate sulla superficie con le dita, creando le tipiche fossette affondando i polpastrelli sino in fondo.<br \/>\nSpolverate con sale grosso e cuocete in forno caldo e statico a 230\u00c2\u00b0 per 15 minuti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una volta usciti dal forno, lucidate i bordi di focaccia con altra salamoia.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-50009\" src=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/ok_IMG_20251202_201945-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"525\" height=\"295\" srcset=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/ok_IMG_20251202_201945-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/ok_IMG_20251202_201945-150x84.jpg 150w, https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/ok_IMG_20251202_201945-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/ok_IMG_20251202_201945-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 525px) 100vw, 525px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Note Personali<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La quantita&#8217; di salamoia e&#8217; veramente tante.
