Trancio di salmone con insalata di finocchi<\/strong> &#8211; 4 persone<\/p>\n<pre>1 limone Bio\r\n4 tranci di salmone (120gr circa cad)\r\n1 cucchiaino di sale\r\npepe macinato fresco\r\n6 cucchiai di olio\r\n1 scalogno\r\n2 cucchiai di aceto di vino bianco\r\n1 cucchiaino di senape dolce\r\n2 finocchi<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Scaldate il forno ventilato a 100gradi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tagliate il limone a fette.<br \/>\nAccomodate il pesce in una teglia e conditelo con il sale e pepe.<br \/>\nCoprite i tranci di salmone con le fette di limone.<br \/>\nIrrorate con la meta&#8217;
