Fulvio Marino"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ho iniziato l&#8217;ennesima dieta, ancora seguita da Imma.<br \/>\nLa differenza dalle &#8220;edizioni precedenti&#8221; e&#8217; semplicemente il fatto che, oltre al nuovo regime alimentare, vado in palestra e faccio sport.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al momento non sono ancora entrata nella nuova routine, che dovrebbe proseguire sino a fine luglio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Di certo e&#8217; che mi ha aumentato (leggermente) la quantita&#8217; di pane.<br \/>\nCosi&#8217;.. ecco che ne preparato un po&#8217;, in cassetta (pan carre&#8217;) almeno per questa volta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oltre al lievito richiesto, ho aggiunto del licoli non maturo, che avevo in frigo (cosi&#8217; Fulvio Marino<\/a><\/em><\/strong> &#8211; stampo da 10x10x30 cm<\/p>\n<pre>1 kg di farina di farro bianco (500gr)\r\n15 g di lievito di birra fresco (7gr) (*)\r\n650 g di acqua (320 - 325gr)\r\n30 g di miele di acacia (15gr)\r\n20 g di sale (10)\r\n80 g di olio (40gr)\r\nlatte per spennellare<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nella ciotola della planetaria inserite la farina di farro con una parte dell&#8217;acqua e il lievito sbriciolato; mescolate con un cucchiaio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aggiungete l&#8217;acqua piano piano; dopo poco aggiungete il miele e proseguite nell&#8217;impastare.<br \/>\nVerso la fine unite sale e l&#8217;ultima parte d&#8217;acqua.<br \/>\nTerminate con l&#8217;olio e continuate a impastare il tutto, arrivando a completo assorbimento degli ingredienti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Coprite e lasciate lievitare per circa 40 minuti al caldo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dividete il panetto in 8 parti uguali (oppure 4, se utilizzate la meta&#8217; anche di quello.<br \/>\nIl peso totale dell&#8217;impasto era di 970gr (4x 240gr circa per pallina)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Non avendo lo <strong>stampo richiesto<\/strong>, le ho inserite nel mio stampo da plumcake, coprendo il tutto con della pellicola ed un peso in alto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Un po&#8217;
