con <strong>zucca<\/strong> (per far mangiare un po&#8217; di verdura anche a Stephan) e <strong>speck<\/strong> (per rendere contento sempre Stephan).<br \/>\nMa all&#8217;aggiunta di <strong>panna<\/strong> &#8230; Pasta con zucca e speck<\/strong> &#8211; 3 persone<\/p>\n<pre>350gr di zucca Hokkaido Bio (pulita)\r\n2 cipolle\r\n125gr di speck a dadini\r\n2 cucchiaiate di formaggio spalmabile (*)\r\n300gr di pasta (formato corta)\r\nsale\r\nprezzemolo\r\npepe\r\ngrana<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lavate la zucca Hokkaido, rimuovete i semi ed i filamenti interni, tagliatela a cubetti piccoli, possibilmente della stessa dimensione.<br \/>\nPulite ed affettate le cipolle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In una grossa padella (dovra&#8217; contenere il tutto), fate scaldare lo speck senza aggiungere ulteriore grasso.<br \/>\nInserite le cipolle affettate e fatele diventare traslucide.<br \/>\nInserite la dadolata di zucca, mescolando ben bene.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se preferite aggiungete la panna, altrimenti procedete con la versione &#8220;leggera&#8221; a cottura, scolatela (senza buttare l&#8217;acqua di cottura!!) e inseritela nella salsa.<br \/>\nAmmorbidite il tutto con delle cucchiaiate di acqua di cottura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una generosa grattugiata di grana e&#8230;
