style=\"text-align: justify;\">La ricetta che segue mi guardava da diverso tempo&#8230; quindi, ecco una preparazione pseudo-leggera: Souffle di pera e fette biscottate.<\/p>\n<figure fette biscottate<\/strong> &#8211; 6 pirottini<\/p>\n<pre>200ml di latte\r\n6 fette biscottate\r\n2 pere\r\n50gr di burro (temperatura ambiente)\r\n3 uova\r\n1 pizzico di sale\r\n1 pacchetto di zucchero vaniglinato\r\n20-30gr di zucchero (a gusto)\r\n\r\n<strong>Per accompagnare<\/strong>\r\n gelato alla vaniglia\r\n zucchero in polvere<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Intiepidite il latte e versatelo in una ciotola, contenente le fette biscottate sbriciolate.<br \/>\nLasciate riposare per 15 minuti, in modo da far assorbire il liquido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nel frattempo sbucciate le pere, rimuovete i torsoli e affettatele in piccoli bocconcini.<br \/>\nImburrate le cocotte\/pirottini con del burro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dividete le uova.<br \/>\nMixate il bianco, con un pizzico di sale, e montateli a neve ferma.<br \/>\nInserite lo zucchero vaniglinato e mischiate ancora per un minuto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In una seconda ciotola mixate il rosso dell&#8217;uovo, 40gr di burro e lo zucchero.<br \/>\nUnite la massa con le fette biscottate ammorbidite, mescolando lentamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aggiungete al tutto le pere a pezzettini.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Unite il bianco delle uova a neve ferma, mescolando sempre lentamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aiutandovi con un cucchiaio, versate l&#8217;impasto dei pirottini.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_46635\" 200gradi, per circa 25-30 minuti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lasciate raffreddare i souffle, rimuoveteli dalle formine.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_46636\"
