Ma una cosa e&#8217; vedere il risultato, un&#8217;altra e&#8217; tastare con mano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ad ogni modo, per la preparazione di questo pane, e&#8217; necessario avere del pane secco.<br \/>\nOttimo sistema, quindi, per evitare gli scarti e quel che resta del pane, riutilizzandolo.<br \/>\nNon vi nascondo che ho visto anche che molti panettieri fanno\u00c2\u00a0 lo stesso. (*)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lasciate a temperatura ambiente per 50 minuti, eseguite una &#8220;piega in ciotola&#8221; dopo 25 minuti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pirlate solo ora&#8230; comunque il pane non lo ho tostato e neppure macinato. L&#8217;ho semplicemente <strong>spezzettato<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una volta mescolato il pane-sale con l&#8217;acqua, ho messo il contenitore, coperto, in <strong>frigorifero<\/strong> per tutta la notte.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il mio impasto si e&#8217; staccato dalla ciotola correttamente dopo circa 12 minuti, ma era ancora <strong>appiccicoso<\/strong>.
