Quinoa (tricolor) con verdure al curry e ceci<\/strong> &#8211; 2 persone<\/p>\n<pre>100gr di quinoa (tricolore)\r\n1 zucchina\r\n1 carota\r\n1\/2 costa di sedano\r\npomodorini\r\n1 cipolla piccola\r\n250ml di brodo (dado di verdure)\r\ncurry in polvere\r\nolio\r\nsale\r\nceci precotti (facoltativo)<\/pre>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Iniziate con la preparazione delle verdure (zucchina, carota, sedano) lavandole e tagliandole a cubetti, pressocche&#8217;
