Pasta con cavoletti, carote e panna<\/strong> &#8211; 4 persone<\/p>\n<pre>350 grammi di cavoletti di Bruxelles\r\n1 carota\r\nsale\r\n400 gr tagliatelle o altra pasta\r\n1 cipolla\r\n2 cucchiai di olio d'oliva\r\npepe\r\npaprika affumicata in polvere\r\n150 ml di brodo vegetale\r\n100 ml di panna da cucina (*)\r\npancetta (opzionale)\r\n\r\n<strong>Per guarnire<\/strong>\r\n1 manciata di prezzemolo\r\n1 cucchiaino di succo di limone<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lavate ed affettate a strisce, aiutandovi con un pelapatate, la carota.<br \/>\nCuocete in acqua bollente queste &#8220;tagliatelle vegetali&#8221;, per pochi minuti, lasciandole un po&#8217;
