Arrosto ripieno di ricotta, in manto di pane<\/strong> &#8211; 6-8 persone<\/p>\n<pre>1kg carne di maiale (*)\r\n250gr di ricotta\r\n15gr di rosmarino fresco (*)\r\nmollica di pane (*)\r\nbrodo vegetale (*)<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chiedete la macellaio di tagliare il vostro pezzo di carne prescelto a libro, cosi&#8217; secco che avete in casa<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nella mia preparazione ho usato del<strong> dado vegetale<\/strong>, nulla toglie alla preparazione di un buon brodo vegetale con verdure fresche (cipolla, carota, sedano, aglio, prezzemolo).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Non e&#8217;
