avvolgente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Piatto che, alleggerito, si puo&#8217; preparare anche in anticipo e mangiarlo freddo, in style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ingredienti &#8211; Pasta e fagioli estiva<\/strong> &#8211; 4 persone<\/p>\n<pre>480gr di fagioli in barattolo (sgocciolati)\r\nsemi di cumino (facoltativo)\r\n1 spicchio d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122aglio\r\n1 cipolla\r\nsedano\r\nsale\r\npepe\r\nolio\r\n1 cucchiaio di concentrato di pomodoro\r\npassata di pomodoro\r\nprezzemolo\r\nbasilico\r\n250gr di pasta corta<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Iniziate la preparazione sciacquando e scolando i fagioli.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In un tegame abbastanza grande (che poi potra&#8217; contenere anche la pasta cotta) aggiungete un goccio di olio e fate riscaldare i semi di cumino per qualche minuto.<br \/>\nAggiungete poi la cipolla, il sedano e l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122aglio, tutti tritati, e soffriggete lentamente per alcuni minuti, fino a farli diventare biondi.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter passatela sotto l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122acqua fredda per bloccarne la cottura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Non vi resta che versarla nella padella con i fagioli, aggiungendo un filo di olio, prezzemolo e basilico (meglio se freschi) ed aggiustando con sale e pepe..<br \/>\nNel caso in cui non ci dovesse stare, inserite la pasta, ed i fagioli, in un&#8217;ampia ciotola e
