{"id":36603,"date":"2022-04-01T11:58:02","date_gmt":"2022-04-01T09:58:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/?p=36603"},"modified":"2022-04-01T12:00:11","modified_gmt":"2022-04-01T10:00:11","slug":"cous-cous-di-cavolfiore","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/index.php\/2022\/04\/01\/cous-cous-di-cavolfiore\/","title":{"rendered":"Cous Cous di cavolfiore"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante un regime dietetico controllato, non si puo&#8217; scialare troppo e mangiando grosse quantita&#8217;.<br \/>\nO meglio, e&#8217; sicuramente possibile ma estremamente negativo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per il momento mi ritengo fortunata a non avere particolari &#8220;voglie&#8221;, se si esclude la colazione dove spesso mi sogno delle fragranti brioches ripiene.<br \/>\nComunque su questo pasto devo ancora lavorarci abbastanza per trovare qualche deliziosa preparazione, a bassa percentuale calorica, e molto gustosa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In periodi di dieta si tenta di mangiare molta piu&#8217; verdura, saziante sia per lo stomaco ma, soprattutto, per l&#8217;occhio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Questo e&#8217; quanto ho preparato. Non e&#8217; altro che un tipico esempio che &#8220;imbroglia la vista&#8221;, ma che soddisfa il palato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ingredienti &#8211; Cous cous di cavolfiore<\/strong> &#8211; di cavolfiore \u00c3\u00a8 ben amalgamato agli altri ingredienti preventivsmente inseriti.<br \/>\nAggiungete il peperone e la zucca.<br \/>\nL&#8217;ingrediente successivo e&#8217; il brodo di pollo (dado) ed i piselli mescolando bene fino a quando tutto il composto non e&#8217;
