molto, ma si vede l&#8217;increspatura delle sopraciglia o dei bordi delle labbra.<br \/>\nNon fiatano, ma la loro espressione vale molto di piu&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ho trovato questa ricettina di &#8220;Insalata di zucca con lenticchie beluga e mango&#8221;, accattivante e particolare, cosi&#8217; che ho voluto replicarla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Non vegetale\r\n75 g di lenticchie beluga\r\n300 g di zucca (polpa)\r\nsale\r\npepe\r\n2 cucchiai di olio d'oliva (1 + 1)\r\n\u00c2\u00be mango\r\n3 cucchiai di aceto balsamico bianco\r\n1 cucchiaino di zucchero\r\n\r\n<strong>Per guarnire<\/strong>\r\n Crescione<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Portate a bollore il brodo e cuocetevi le lenticchie, justify;\">Nel frattempo tagliate la polpa di zucca a cubetti.<br \/>\nFate appassire i cubetti in una padella con 1 cucchiaio di olio d&#8217;oliva caldo per circa 8 minuti, mescolando di tanto in justify;\">Sbucciate il mango, tagliate la polpa dal nocciolo e tagliatela a dadini.<br \/>\nMescolate le lenticchie, la zucca e il mango con l&#8217;aceto, lo zucchero e l&#8217;olio d&#8217;oliva
