Houria"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Houria<\/strong> (Ommok Houria, Ommek Houria, \u00d8\u00b3\u00d9\u201e\u00d8\u00b7\u00d8\u00a9 \u00d8\u00a3\u00d9\u2026\u00d9\u0192 \u00d8\u00ad\u00d9\u02c6\u00d8\u00b1\u00d9\u0160\u00d8\u00a9) \u00c3\u00a8 un&#8217;insalata <strong>tunisina<\/strong> a base di carote, harissa, aglio, aceto, olio d&#8217;oliva, semi di cumino e sale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><br \/>\nL&#8217;insalata \u00c3\u00a8 poco costosa e molto facile da preparare, ottima ragione per provarla a fare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le carote dovrebbero essere bollite e poi leggermente schiacciate in una purea, che viene combinata con tutti gli altri ingredienti, cosi&#8217; poi da essere solitamente guarnita con prezzemolo tritato finemente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inutile dire che, come per ogni ricetta, esistono diverse versioni per la preparazione.<br \/>\nQuesto piatto puo&#8217; essere servito come aperitivo, ma anche come contorno. Se altri ingredienti vengono aggiunti (come uova sode, olive, formaggio feta sbriciolato, tonno o coriandolo) allora si presenta come ottimo piatto unico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti<\/strong> &#8211;
