Srpska salata"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Non si vive di sola carne, cosi&#8217; ho preparato anche una piccola insalata per omaggiare la <em><a href=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/index.php\/2021\/04\/26\/serbia_srpska-salata\"><strong>Serbia<\/strong><\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si tratta della<strong> Srpska salata<\/strong> (lett. Insalata serba) ed e&#8217; essenzialmente una variazione della famosa &#8220;insalata shopska&#8221; bulgara.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;insalata Shopska \u00c3\u00a8 fatta con pomodori, cetrioli, peperoni crudi o arrostiti, cipolle e formaggio salato.<br \/>\nLa Srpska salata \u00c3\u00a8 quasi esattamente la stessa, ma omette il formaggio dalla combinazione.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le verdure vengono mescolate insieme, quindi condite con sale e pepe e condite con olio e aceto prima del consumo.
