Doma\u00c4\u2021i hleb iz \u00c5\u00a1erpe \/ Pane fatto in casa e cotto in pentola"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nello stesso Blog dal quale ho tratto la ricetta della <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/index.php\/2021\/04\/07\/montenegro_corbast-pasulj\/\">Zuppa di fagioli (Corbast Pasulj)\u00c2\u00a0<\/a><\/strong><\/em> per il <strong>Montenegro<\/strong>, ho trovato anche diverse proposte per la preparazione del pane.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Come sempre mi sono servita di Google-Translator ma ho avuto diversi punti &#8220;oscuri&#8221;.<br \/>\nSta di fatto che ho chiesto supporto alla zia Olja che mi ha aiutato in alcuni punti, per altri.. vado ad interpretazione e conoscenza personale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ingredienti &#8211; Doma\u00c4\u2021i hleb iz \u00c5\u00a1erpe \/ Pane fatto in casa e cotto in pentola<\/strong><\/p>\n<pre>100 g di farina di segale\r\n100 g di farina integrale\r\n250 g di farina di grano tenero\r\n5 g di lievito secco\r\n1 cucchiaio di zucchero\r\n1 cucchiaio di olio (oliva o altro)\r\n3 dl di acqua\r\n1 cucchiaino di sale<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Versate tutti i tipi di farina in una ciotola e mescolateli con il lievito secco.
