Vatskid \/ Focaccia Estone"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per l&#8217;<strong>Estonia<\/strong> ho provato a preparare anche del <strong>pane<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le indicazioni le ho prese dallo stesso sito che ho seguito per il resto della preparazione del pranzo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti<\/strong> &#8211; <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/estoniancuisine.com\/2018\/05\/15\/estonian-flat-bread-vatskid\/\">Vatskid<\/a><\/strong><\/em> \/ <strong>Focaccia Estone<\/strong><\/p>\n<pre>0,5 litri di latticello o kefir\r\n6-7 bicchieri di farina (grano \/ orzo \/ segale)\r\n1\/2 cucchiaino di soda\r\n1 cucchiaino di sale\r\n(50 g di burro o olio)<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Assicuratevi che tutti gli ingredienti siano a temperatura ambiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In una ciotola media, mescolate 3\/4 di farina e altri ingredienti (*).<br \/>\nPotete aggiungere un po&#8217; Vatskid \/ Focaccia Estone<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Note Personali e Varie<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">E&#8217; possibile aggiungere alla farina un po&#8217; di sale e, eventualmente, anche spezie a gusto personale.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">In origine, l&#8217;impasto era contenuto tra foglie di cavolo e cotto in forno.
