de los olores el pan\u00e2\u20ac\u009d e cio\u00c3\u00a8 \u00e2\u20ac\u0153dei sapori il sale, degli odori il pane\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il pane nella cucina cilena \u00c3\u00a8 ancora largamente fatto in casa, arricchito e personalizzato nei modi pi\u00c3\u00b9 differenti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Troviamo infatti il pane all\u00e2\u20ac\u2122olio, con strutto e uova, con strutto e latte e il delicato &#8220;pan del carmen&#8221; con latte e burro, cos\u00c3\u00ac chiamato perch\u00c3\u00a8 erano solite prepararlo le carmelitane.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uno dei tanti panini che ho trovato, e&#8217; proprio questo<em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.midiariodecocina.com\/pan-amasado-version-01\/\"> pan amasado<\/a><\/strong><\/em> ( = fatto in casa)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti &#8211; Pan amasado (fatto in casa)<\/strong> &#8211; 8\/10 panini<\/p>\n<pre>500gr di farina per tutti gli usi\r\n80gr burro a temperatura ambiente\r\n1 busta di lievito di birra secco da 7 grammi \/\/ 21gr fresco\r\n1 1\/2 cucchiaino di sale\r\n1 cucchiaino di zucchero semolato\r\n250gr d'acqua a temperatura ambiente\r\n1 tuorlo d'uovo (facoltativo)<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mettete la farina in una ciotola.<br \/>\nFate un buco al centro e disponete tutti gli ingredienti.<br \/>\nInnanzitutto il lievito, lo zucchero, il sale, il burro (senza essere sciolto) e l&#8217;acqua.<\/p>\n<p>Mescolate accuratamente fino a quando tutti gli ingredienti sono integrati.<br \/>\nFormate una palla e lasciatela riposare in una ciotola per 1 o 2 ore.<\/p>\n<p>Togliete l&#8217;impasto e impastate per un po&#8217;.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_27880\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-27880\" style=\"width: 525px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-27880\" src=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/1609679479540-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"525\" height=\"295\" srcset=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/1609679479540-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/1609679479540-150x84.jpg 150w, https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/1609679479540-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/1609679479540-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 525px) 100vw, 525px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-27880\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Cile &#8211; Charquican, pan amasado e pebre cileno<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il pane, come del resto le empanadas cilene, sono spesso accompagnato dal &#8220;<strong>pebre<\/strong>&#8220;.<br \/>\nIl Pebre \u00c3\u00a8 una salsa a base di coriandolo, cipolla tritata, olio d&#8217;oliva, aglio, peperoncini e pomodori a pezzetti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti &#8211;
