Ecco perche&#8217;, in casa, non manca mai anche del normale lievito di birra, sie esso secco o fresco.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">E quando manca anche il pane, ma la fiacca per uscire e&#8217; piu&#8217; forte?<br \/>\nAllora si mette le mani in pasta e si cerca qualche ricetta da seguire, come in questo caso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ecco la preparazione per il\u00c2\u00a0 <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dolcimerendeedintorni.it\/pane-di-semola-veloce-con-lievito-di-birra\/\">pane di semola con lievito di birra<\/a><\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ingredienti &#8211; Pane di semola veloce<\/strong> &#8211; 1 filone<\/p>\n<pre>500 g di semola (Rieper per me)\r\n300 g di acqua per autolisi\r\n80 g acqua\r\n10 g di lievito di birra (*)\r\n14 g di sale<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prima di cominciare l&#8217;impasto vero e proprio inserite la semola nella ciotola della planetaria, versate 300 g di acqua e fate girare con il gancio solo per far idratare la farina.<br \/>\nQuesta pratica si chiama (eventualmente puo&#8217; stare anche di piu&#8217;, senza alcuna conseguenza, ma dipende molto dalla farina)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dopo l&#8217;autolisi cominciate l&#8217;impasto vero e proprio.<br \/>\nVersate pian piano l&#8217;acqua rimanente con il lievito sciolto e dopo qualche giro inserite il sale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Impastate con il gancio fino ad ottenere un impasto elastico, incordato e morbido.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-27368\" riposare l&#8217;impasto 30 minuti, poi dare un giro di pieghe in ciotola e ripetete l&#8217;operazione ogni 15 minuti per 4 volte.<br \/>\nDopo l&#8217;ultima piega attendete circa 30 minuti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Spostate l&#8217;impasto sulla spianatoia spolverata con semola e date ancora due giri di pieghe successive, coprite a campana e dopo trenta minuti justify;\">Allargate a formare un rettangolo con la base lunga verso di voi.<br \/>\nRipiegate gli angoli verso il centro sovrapponendoli, poi arrotolare serrando leggermente, chiudete la chiusura lievitare nell&#8217;apposita cesta ben spolverata con la semola per circa trenta minuti, la chiusura in alto, coprendo con un canovaccio.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" punto potete decidere se continuare con la cottura o metterlo in frigorifero (potete tenerlo da trenta minuti ad un paio di ore al massimo).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Spolverate la pala\/tagliere con semola, appoggiate il filone (con la chiusura verso il basso) e lasciate il pane scoperto, in modo che faccia la &#8220;pelle&#8221;.
