Patatnik"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abbastanza simile ai Roesti, giusto per la preparazione delle patate, in questo &#8220;<strong>Patatnik<\/strong>&#8221; <strong>bulgaro<\/strong> troviamo anche la presenza di uova.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una sorta di frittatone con patate e cipolle, ma la cottura al forno lo &#8220;potrebbe rendere&#8221; un po&#8217; piu&#8217; leggero.<br \/>\nSoprattutto se si usano alcuni accorgimenti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ma vediamo allora insieme questo Patatnik, la cui ricetta era stata presa da <em> http:\/\/www.undertheandalusiansun.com\/2016\/12\/patatnik-bulgarian-potato-and-mint.html <\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti &#8211; Patatnik &#8211; Frittata bulgara di patate e menta<\/strong><\/p>\n<pre>10 patate di grandi dimensioni (peso totale circa 1,4 g)\r\n2 cipolle grandi (o 3 piccole)\r\n4 uova\r\n4 cucchiai di menta fresca (o 2 cucchiai essiccata)\r\n1 cucchiaino di sale\r\n1 cucchiaino di pepe nero\r\nburro\r\npangrattato (facoltativo)<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Preriscaldate il forno a 220\u00c2\u00b0C (oppure in forno ventilato 200\u00c2\u00b0C).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pelate e grattugiate le patate su uno strofinaccio.
