Hach\u00c3\u00a9e"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sempre a proposito dei <strong>Paesi Bassi<\/strong>, ecco un altro comfort food, da gustare principalmente nei mesi invernali: l&#8217;<strong>Hachee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hach\u00c3\u00a9e<\/strong> (pronuncia olandese: [\u00c9\u00a6\u00c9\u2018\u00cb\u02c6\u00ca\u0192e\u00cb\u0090]) e&#8217; uno stufato tradizionale olandese a base di carne, pesce o pollame tagliati a cubetti e verdure, con una lenta cottura cosi&#8217; da rendere la carne tenera ed avere una salsa ricca di sapore.<br \/>\nHachee a base di carne di manzo, cipolle, burro di mele, pane per la colazione e acido (solitamente aceto o vino) e&#8217; un tipico esempio di cucina tradizionale olandese. Al sugo denso vengono aggiunti chiodi di garofano e foglie di alloro.<br \/>\nDi solito e&#8217; servito con patate o riso, gli olandesi possono occasionalmente combinare hachee con hutspot (come nel nostro caso).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Origine<\/em><br \/>\nLa parola hach\u00c3\u00a9e in francese significa tritato o macinato, essendo il participio passato del verbo hacher &#8211; tagliare o macinare.<br \/>\nLe Hach\u00c3\u00a9es sono state descritte nei buffet medievali, anche se la ricetta esatta di solito non viene descritta. Lo stufato ha probabilmente origine dal riutilizzo della carne cotta in un forno olandese insieme alle verdure che si trovavano a disposizione.<br \/>\nVino o aceto sono stati aggiunti per rendere la carne pi\u00c3\u00b9 tenera.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>Hach\u00c3\u00a9e<\/strong><\/p>\n<pre>1kg di manzo, a cubetti\r\n1 cucchiaio di burro\r\n3 cipolle grandi, sbucciate e affettate\r\n1 cucchiaio di farina\r\n1\/2 cubetto di brodo di manzo o brodo fatto in casa\r\n4 tazze d'acqua\r\n3 foglie di alloro\r\n3 chiodi di garofano, interi\r\n4 bacche di ginepro (facoltativo)\r\n8 grani di pepe\r\n3 cucchiai di aceto di mele o vino rosso\r\nsale\r\npepe<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sciogliete il burro in un sommersa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aggiungete le foglie di alloro, i chiodi di garofano, le bacche di ginepro (se volete) e il pepe in grani, quindi incorporate il l&#8217;aceto di mele
