Quando bolle inserite il vostro rotolo di Serviettenkn\u00c3\u00b6del e lasciatelo sobbollire per 20-25 minuti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Note Personali<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una volta preparato il rotolo, l&#8217;ho messo in frigorifero, cosi&#8217; da cuocerlo al momento giusto e non prima<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La prossima volta tentero&#8217; la cottura in pentola a pressione.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Qui da noi esistono al supermercato dei sacchetti di pane secco, appunto con brezel. manzo\r\nsale, pepe macinato fresco\r\n3 carote\r\n2 porri\r\n3 cipolle\r\n400gr di Speck affumicato (in cubetti)\r\n1 litro di vino rosso secco\r\n3 cucchiaini di addensante (maizena, farina, etc..)<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Preriscaldate il forno a 170gradi in modalita&#8217; statica.<br \/>\nSalate e pepate la carne.<\/p>\n<p><img a 150gradi, coprite la pentola e lasciate stufare la carne per 3-4 ore.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rimuovete la carne, passate per un colino la verdura e fate addensare la salsa.<br \/>\nMettete l&#8217;addensante in un poco di liquido, giusto per non creare grumi, ed inseritelo poi nella pentola, facendo scaldare il tutto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Note Personali<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ho richiesto un pezzo di carne specifico (&#8220;von der Kugel&#8221;) ma mi hanno dato la carne dalla coscia. Ancora non ho capito quale parte corrisponda in italiano.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dopo la cottura della carne, ho portato tutto da Opa, cosi&#8217; da poterla affettare sul posto una volta riscaldata.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Da noi il liquido era veramente tanto, ed i 3 cucchiaini di addensante utilizzato non sono stati a sufficienza. Peccato.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>==================================<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti per il contorno di verdure<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<pre>8 carote\r\n1 piccola cipolla\r\nburro per la padella\r\nsale\r\nzuccheri\r\n1 cucchiaio di prezemolo tagliato<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lavate, rimuovete la pelle e tagliate le carote a fettine di circa 1\/2 cm (ho tentato di creare dei piccoli &#8220;fiori&#8221;).<br \/>\nRimuovete la pelle alla cipolla e tagliatela a pezzettini piccoli.<br \/>\nSciogliete il burro in una padella e fatelo sfrigolare, aggiungete la cipolla fino a farla imbiondire.<br \/>\nInserite le carote e cuocete ancora qualche minuto.<br \/>\nSe necessario inserite dell&#8217;acqua nella pentola, cosi&#8217;
