raccolta delle prugne <\/a><\/strong><\/em>direttamente dall&#8217;albero nel giardino di Opa, ho dovuto iniziare a pensare a come utilizzare i 15kg portati a casa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Visto che Stephan e&#8217; da diverso tempo che me lo chiedeva&#8230; diciamo tutti gli anni in questo periodo dell&#8217;anno, ho preparato la torta di prugne piu famosa in Baviera, la &#8220;<strong>Zwetschgendatschi<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large cercato la ricetta nel quaderno di Oma, ma non ho minimamente trovato nessuna indicazione.<br \/>\nAnzi, a ben guardare, tutte le ricette in esso contenute specificano solamente la dose ma non vi e&#8217; la minima informazione circa la preparazione e, soprattutto, la cottura.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-25539\" justify;\">Vabbe&#8217;&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ad ogni modo ho trovato una vecchia rivista ed ho scoperto di aver gia&#8217; preparato la stessa torta <em><a href=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/index.php\/2015\/10\/08\/torta-prugne-bayerischer\/\"><strong>qui,<\/strong> <\/a><\/em>ma con licoli.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Questa volta la preparazione e&#8217; stata fatta con lievito di birra secco, invece che di Vera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ingredienti<\/strong> -\u00c2\u00a0 <strong>Bayerischer Zwetschgendatschi\u00c2\u00a0 ( Torta di prugne bavarese ) &#8211; <\/strong>teglia 28cm di diametro<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<pre style=\"text-align: justify;\">250gr farina dalla ricetta originale\r\n1 presa di sale\r\n1 uovo\r\n6,3gr di lievito di birra secco\r\n4cucchiai + 35gr zucchero\r\n2 cucchiai burro (ammorbidito)\r\n125ml di latte\r\n1 kg di prugne\r\ncannella - zucchero<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A parte intiepidite il latte, inserite il lievito di birra e fatelo sciogliere, aspettando una decina di justify;\">Fate incordare ben bene l&#8217;impasto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Togliete l&#8217;impasto dalla ciotola, qualche giro di pieghe e fatelo riposare in un luogo tiepido per una mezz&#8217;ora (io ho usato la ciotola capovolta).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-25316\" ricetta originale prevede di mettere l&#8217;impasto in una tortiera da 28cm di diametro, imburrata ed infarinata.<br \/>\nDato che non ne ho una cosi&#8217; grande, ho usato una teglia rettangolare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stendete bene l&#8217;impasto nella teglia\/tortiera, creando un bordo un po&#8217; piu&#8217; spesso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
