abbandonandolo?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avete bisogno di rinfrescarlo ma non volete gettare l&#8217;esubero?<br \/>\nEcco un facile (e buon) sistema per utilizzare parte di quando vi avanza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Anche se, parlando chiaramente, se si considera il &#8220;licoli&#8221; non abbiamo mai esubero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I <strong>bliny<\/strong> sono delle focaccine a base di farina e lievito, di forma circolare e del diametro di 10-15 centimetri.<br \/>\nSono tipiche della cucina russa e simili agli olad&#8217;i e alle cr\u00c3\u00aapes, ma con la differenza che, rispetto a queste ultime, necessitano di lievitazione.<br \/>\nSi servono tradizionalmente con panna acida per accompagnare il caviale o il salmone affumicato o le uova di salmone.<br \/>\nI bliny caldi vengono arrotolati dopo che vi si \u00c3\u00a8 adagiata sopra una cucchiaiata di smetana con salmone o caviale; possono essere mangiati anche con la confettura, o marmellata (\u00d0\u00b2\u00d0\u00b0\u00d1\u20ac\u00d0\u00b5\u00d0\u00bd\u00d1\u0152\u00d0\u00b5), o con la ricotta (\u00d1\u201a\u00d0\u00b2\u00d0\u00be\u00d1\u20ac\u00d0\u00be\u00d0\u00b3).<br \/>\nEsiste anche una versione salata, con l&#8217;impasto preparato con grano saraceno, preferibilmente accompagnata da caviale o aringhe con panna.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti<\/strong> per<strong> Bliny al grano saraceno<\/strong><\/p>\n<pre>180gr licoli\r\n130ml latte liepido\r\n2 uova\r\n20gr farina \r\n100gr farina di grano saraceno\r\nsale, pepe<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sciogliete il licoli con il latte tiepido, aggiungete le farine, il sale, il pepe ed i tuorli d&#8217;uovo, mescolando con una frusta.<br \/>\nLa pastella deve risultare liquida, ma abbastanza consistente.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_24899\" rimosso dal frigo, l&#8217;impasto va fatto acclimatare per almeno 30 minuti.<\/p>\n<p>Aggiungete gli albumi montati a neve.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_24901\" la pastella a cucchiaiate in modo da formare dei piccoli pancakes e cuocete fino a quando il lato superiore diventa secco e bucherellato, poi girate e cuocete fino a quando sia dorato (meno di un riposare&#8230; mi sono decisa solamente all&#8217;ultimo momento, in questo modo l&#8217;ho lasciato per un&#8217;oretta circa.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Non ho utilizzato la padella antiaderente per la cottura, bensi&#8217; la piastra delle crepes, evitando ulteriore burro<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Piu&#8217; che blinis sono risultate &#8220;piccole crepes&#8221; data la dimensione.
