Riz sauce arachide"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ho pensato molto al modo di come accompagnare la ricetta del <strong>Togo<\/strong>, ossia con i <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/index.php\/2020\/08\/14\/togo_orata-grigliata\/\">filetti di orate <\/a><\/strong><\/em>grigliate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I suggerimenti trovati erano un po&#8217; difficili da realizzare, soprattutto per il reperimento degli ingredienti e\/o per come mi sarei immaginata il risultato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ecco dunque che ho deciso di preparare del &#8220;<strong>Riz sauce arachide<\/strong>&#8220;, riso bianco in salsa di arachidi, giusto per accontentare tutti i palati di casa e per provare, allo stesso tempo, qualche cosa di diverso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per il riso, ho preparati un semplice riso pilaf in pentola a pressione.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dato che la &#8220;sauce&#8221; accompagna molte preparazioni del Togo, ecco la mia versione..<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti per 4 persone -\u00c2\u00a0 salsa di arachidi per il riso in bianco<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<pre>4 cucchiai di pasta di arachidi\r\n1 cucchiaio di olio di arachidi\r\n1 barattolo piccolo di pomodori schiacciati\r\n1 spicchio d'aglio\r\n1 cipolla\r\n1 peperoncino rosso (facoltativo)\r\n1 dado da brodo\r\n2 bicchieri d'acqua\r\nsale\r\nPepe<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pelate la cipolla e l&#8217;aglio e affettateli molto finemente.<br \/>\nIn una casseruola antiaderente unta d&#8217;olio, rosolate delicatamente la cipolla, class=\"wp-caption-text\">Togo<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bagnate con i bicchieri d&#8217;acqua e di dado, coprite con un coperchio e portate a ebollizione il Riz sauce arachide<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La salsa \u00c3\u00a8 finita, servitela subito con patate dolci al vapore o riso bianco.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Note Personali<\/strong><br \/>\nEssendo questa salsa molto calorica di per se&#8217; ecco alcuni consigli per tentare di ridurre le calorie:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ridurre la quantit\u00c3\u00a0 di riso e la quantit\u00c3\u00a0 di salsa per persona.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Non aggiungete olio durante la preparazione della salsa poich\u00c3\u00a9 verr\u00c3\u00a0 aggiunto, ce ne sara&#8217; abbastanza con la crema di noccioline.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per ridurre ulteriormente il grasso, e&#8217; possibile rimuovere con un mestolo l&#8217;olio che galleggia sulla superficie della salsa nella pentola prima di servirla.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per i pomodori ho aperto una lattina gia&#8217; aromatizzata (per pizza), quindi poi non ho aggiunto il dado nell&#8217;acqua, evitando di insaporire ulteriormente.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le mie quantita&#8217; si sono ridotte a meno della meta&#8217;, immaginando che Tobias non avrebbe mai assaggiato.
