Mel i Mato"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il <strong>Principato di Andorra<\/strong> confina con Spagna e Francia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><br \/>\nEcco dunque il &#8220;<strong>Mel i Mato<\/strong>&#8220;, ossia\u00c2\u00a0 &#8220;dolce&#8221; catalano, giusto per par conditio con la tartare francese..<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il Mat\u00c3\u00b3 (pronuncia catalana: [m\u00c9\u2122\u00cb\u02c6to]) \u00c3\u00a8 un formaggio fresco della Catalogna a base di latte di mucca o di capra, senza aggiunta di sale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Di solito viene servito con miele, come un dessert catalano tradizionale ed emblematico noto come mel i mat\u00c3\u00b3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il <strong>Mat\u00c3\u00b3<\/strong> \u00c3\u00a8 un formaggio di siero di latte simile alle varianti non industriali dei formaggi freschi conosciuti come Brull a Maestrat, Ports de Beseit e Southern Terres de l&#8217;Ebre e Brossat in Andorra, Pallars, Menorca, Mallorca e parti dell&#8217;Occitania, cos\u00c3\u00ac come il brocciu in Corsica e altri tipi di ricotta come la ricotta italiana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il Mat\u00c3\u00b3 dei villaggi vicino al monte Montserrat, come Ullastrell e Marganell, \u00c3\u00a8 abbastanza famoso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mat\u00c3\u00b3 \u00c3\u00a8 menzionato nel Sent Sov\u00c3\u00ad, un libro di cucina catalana del XIV secolo, cos\u00c3\u00ac come nel canto natalizio locale El Noi de la Mare.<br \/>\nEra molto popolare durante il Medioevo, quando era reso semplice o profumato con fiori d&#8217;arancio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per questa ricetta ho tentato di seguire le indicazioni presa da questo <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/en\/traditional-catalan-recipe-mel-i-mato\/\">sito <\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Visto che non ho mai visto il &#8220;mato'&#8221; in qualche supermercato, ecco dunque che lo preparo a casa&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti -\u00c2\u00a0 Mato&#8217; &#8211; <\/strong>per 4 persone<\/p>\n<pre>1 litro di latte intero\r\n1 limone - solo succo\r\n5 cucchiai di miele (o pi\u00c3\u00b9 se hai un debole per i dolci)\r\nUna manciata di noci<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In una grande casseruola a base pesante, portate a ebollizione il latte e poi toglietelo dal fuoco<\/p>\n<figure Mel i Mato<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note Personali e Varie<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per essere la prima volta che produco del formaggio .. ne sono molto orgogliosa \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nIl risultato e&#8217; molto simile alla ricotta, oggi non era molto cremoso ma assolutamente non terribile. Sicuramente da rifare.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se volete aggiungere un tocco piccante a questo classico dessert, potete aggiungere la scorza di un&#8217;arancia alla miscela lattiginosa.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se desiderate qualcosa di pi\u00c3\u00b9 profumato, provate ad aggiungere un paio di baccelli di cardamomo, alcuni chiodi di garofano o anice stellato.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per quanto riguarda i condimenti extra, i fichi freschi e le mandorle in fiocchi completano perfettamente il delicato formaggio.
