Panipopo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avevo pensato, per lo stato di <strong>Samoa<\/strong>, di preparare un dessert.<br \/>\nHo trovato, pero&#8217;, che anche qui si mangia l&#8217; <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/index.php\/2020\/03\/26\/figi-haupia\/\">Haupia<\/a><\/strong><\/em>, come nelle isole Fiji, quindi non lo ho preparato nuovamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ho quindi pensato di preparare dei panini dolci \/ focacce sempre al cocco, chiamati <em><strong>&#8220;Panipopo &#8221; <\/strong><\/em>( era http:\/\/www.samoafood.com\/2010\/06\/panipopo-sweet-coconut-buns.html )<em><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;pani popo&#8221; dove &#8220;Pani&#8221; significa &#8220;panini&#8221; e popo significa &#8220;cocco&#8221;.<br \/>\nI panini stessi sono fatti con un impasto di pane dolce. Una salsa di cocco separata viene quindi preparata e versata sopra l&#8217;impasto prima che l&#8217;intero piatto sia cotto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti &#8211; Panipopo &#8211; circa 12 panini<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<pre>1 bustina (o 2 e 1\/4 cucchiaini) di lievito secco attivo\r\n1 tazza (240 ml) di acqua tiepida\r\n\u00c2\u00bc di tazza (50 g) di zucchero\r\n\u00c2\u00bd cucchiaino di sale\r\n1 uovo, leggermente sbattuto\r\n2 cucchiai (30 ml) di olio vegetale\r\n2\u00c2\u00bd - \u00e2\u20ac\u2039\u00e2\u20ac\u20393 tazze (313-475 g) di farina<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mettete il \u00e2\u20ac\u2039\u00e2\u20ac\u2039lievito e l&#8217;acqua in una grande ciotola e lasciate riattivare il lievito per 10 minuti, fino a che non inizia a produrre della schiuma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aggiungete tutto il resto degli ingredienti e mescolate per formare un impasto morbido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Girate l&#8217;impasto su una superficie leggermente infarinata e impastate per 10-20 minuti o fino a quando l&#8217;impasto \u00c3\u00a8 panini:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Arrotolate l&#8217;impasto in un rettangolo lungo, quindi arrotolatelo. Panipopo<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note Personali &amp; Addizionali<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ho trovato diverse quantita&#8217; di farina, io mi sono attestata circa nel mezzo, utilizzandone 370gr.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La farina da usare sarebbe meglio avesse abbastanza proteine, quindi ho utilizzato la &#8220;Panettone&#8221;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al primo raddoppio non ho fatto a tempo a proseguire con la formatura, cosi&#8217; ho messo in frigo, scordandomelo. Alla mattina l&#8217;impasto era ancora in forma e per nulla acido, quindi dopo una ventina di minuti di ambientazione, ho preseguito con la preparazione.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per la bagna al cocco, ho utilizzato 160gr di latte di cocco (quanto avanzatomi dalla preparazione della cena, vedi qui), la stessa quantita&#8217; di acqua ma ho diminuito lo zucchero portandolo a 60gr (invece degli 80, ossia la meta&#8217; del pesoo dei liquidi, come da ricetta).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">A quanto pare i panini dovrebbero essere cotti &#8220;per immersione&#8221; con la salsa.<br \/>\nIo ne ho distribuita un bel po&#8217; poi, durante la cottura, ne ho aggiunto altra diverse volte.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La ricetta pu\u00c3\u00b2 essere raddoppiata.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">I panini possono essere congelati in teglie subito dopo la modellatura e quindi cotti il giorno seguente.
