stato il suo amico Gregor (ragazzino che adoro, dato che mangia di tutto e coinvolge anche Tobias in questo.. come per l&#8217;insalata ed il sushi).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cosi&#8217; Tobias mi raccontava di come Gregor, in pausa a scuola, si era portato un toast ripieno di&#8230; pesto!<br \/>\nLo spessore era immenso, circa due dita, ma che aveva comunque condiviso con mio figlio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cosi&#8217; abbiamo deciso di spelacchiare totalmente la triste piantina di basilico per prepararlo a casa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La ricetta seguita, a grandi linee, e&#8217; quella presa dal seguente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mangiareinliguria.it\/pesto-genovese\/ricetta-pesto-genovese\"><em><strong>link<\/strong><\/em><\/a><em><strong>,<\/strong><\/em> che si definisce la &#8220;ricetta originale&#8221;.<br \/>\nOra non so se sia vero o meno, anche perche&#8217; ho usato gli ingredienti che avevo in casa (e quindi non &#8220;totalmente italiani&#8221;).<br \/>\nPoco importa, il risultato e&#8217; stato decisamente gustato ed apprezzato da tutta la famiglia, con il risultato di &#8220;<em>niente piu&#8217; pronto.<br \/>\nNon ci e&#8217; restato che cuocere e condire degli spaghetti (in dispensa non avevo trofie, trenette o altro formato genovese).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ci siamo cosi&#8217;
