la marinatura del salmone, ho messo su un vassoi del sale grosso, poi il pesce (lasciando la pelle) ed ho ricoperto con ulteriore sale.<br \/>\nCon pellicola, poi in frigo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conviene iniziare con la preparazione del salmone e continuare con\u00c2\u00a0 cottura delle patate.<br \/>\nIn questo modo si puo&#8217; terminare allo stesso tempo.<br \/>\nCuocete le patate e dopo venti minuti mettete il salmone nel forno per finire allo stesso tempo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Invece di utilizzare della panna acida, ho usato dello yoghurt naturale, acidificandolo con qualche goccia di limone.<\/li>\n<li>Per la cottura delle patate mi sono scordata di ungerle di olio. Poco male, sono venute ottime ugualmente.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Come insaporitore del pesce, ho usato il sale al limone che avevo preparato tempo fa.\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-23064\" src=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/IMG_20200616_110619-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"525\" height=\"295\" srcset=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/IMG_20200616_110619-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/IMG_20200616_110619-150x84.jpg 150w, https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/IMG_20200616_110619-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/IMG_20200616_110619-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 525px) 100vw, 525px\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>cucina finlandese<\/strong>, per la sua posizione che la pone tra Occidente e Oriente, vede rientrare nelle sue specialit\u00c3\u00a0 anche quelle tipiche della grande cucina russa e della raffinata gastronomia svedese, con tante offerte locali.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Largamente utilizzato e di altissima qualit\u00c3\u00a0, il burro prende spesso il posto del nostrano olio nel condimento dei cibi.<br \/>\nMolte le variet\u00c3\u00a0 tra il pane, tra cui spicca quello di segale (ruisleipa) ancora oggi consumato in grandi quantit\u00c3\u00a0 come nei secoli passati. Il pane di segale era particolarmente apprezzato per essere quello che meglio riusciva a conservarsi in tempi pi\u00c3\u00b9 antichi.<br \/>\nPreparati con farina di segale anche i tipici tortini salati chiamati <strong>karjalanpiirakka<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il clima rigido del paese rende difficile la coltivazione di frutta e verdura. A questo sopperiscono in parte le importazioni, che hanno consentito di rendere la cucina finlandese pi\u00c3\u00b9 internazionale. Il pesce \u00c3\u00a8 mangiato pi\u00c3\u00b9 della carne, che \u00c3\u00a8 prevalentemente di volatili.
