piu&#8217; grossolana e le sfere sono di grandezza maggiore.<br \/>\nFino a qualche anno fa non era facilmente reperibile al di fuori del territorio sardo, ora si puo&#8217; trovare sicuramente nei grossi supermercati.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tradizionalmente la fregola si usa per le minestre di brodo di carne o di pesce o cucinata con le arselle (vongole) o le lumache o ancora preparata con il pecorino, diventa &#8220;fregula incasa&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Io ho provato a cucinarla come se fosse risottata, in pentola a pressione.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il risultato e&#8217; stato decisamente approvato dai familiari.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti &#8211; Fregola sarda ai frutti di mare<\/strong><\/p>\n<pre>2 spicchi di aglio\r\nun goccio di olio\r\nun goccio di vino bianco\r\n500gr di misto pesce surgelato\r\n250gr di fregola sarda\r\n2 cucchiai di passata di pomodoro\r\n2 cucchiai di concentrato di pomodoro\r\ncirca 500ml di acqua\r\npeperoncino (facoltativo)<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nella pentola a pressione iniziate a scaldare l&#8217;olio, aromatizzandolo con l&#8217;aglio in camicia.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-22527\" src=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG_20200521_134700-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"525\" height=\"295\" srcset=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG_20200521_134700-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG_20200521_134700-150x84.jpg 150w, https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG_20200521_134700-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG_20200521_134700-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 525px) 100vw, 525px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aggiungete il misto pesce surgelato e scottatelo per alcuni minuti.<br \/>\nQuando l&#8217;acqua si sara&#8217; del tempo di cottura scritto sulla confezione della pasta.<br \/>\nNe mio caso era tra gli 8 ed i 10 minuti, cosi&#8217; ho cotto per 5:30 minuti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ho fatto sfiatare manualmente e, con la pentola ancora sul fuoco, ho fatto ritirare l&#8217;ultimo goccio di liquido (la preferiamo un po&#8217;
