presentare.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti per i cinnamons buns<\/strong> &#8211; versione con licoli<\/p>\n<pre>300 g di grano tenero di forza W 320-330\r\n70 g di licoli rinfrescato\r\n50 g di uovo intero (n\u00c2\u00b01 )\r\n90 g di latte intero\r\n5 g di lecitina di soia (opzionale)\r\n50 g di zucchero semolato\r\n6 g di sale\r\n40 g di burro a pomata\r\n2-3 bacche di cardamomo polverizzate \r\n\r\n<strong>Per il ripieno<\/strong>\r\n60 g di burro a pomata\r\n40 g di zucchero di canna\r\n1-2 cucchiaini di cannella (abbondate!)\r\n\r\n<strong>Per la justify;\">Nella ciotola della planetaria aggiungete il licoli rinfrescato da qualche ora e scioglietelo con la frusta a foglia nel latte e lecitina di soia ( \u00c3\u00a8 un miglioratore che aiuta justify;\">Poi unire la farina\u00c2\u00a0 setacciata) gradualmente, passando alla frusta a gancio quando l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122impasto si fa pi\u00c3\u00b9 consistente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Impastate fino ad ottenere un impasto liscio ed omogeneo,\u00c2\u00a0che si avviluppa intorno al gancio\u00c2\u00a0(naturalmente potete impastare a mano, seguendo lo stesso ordine di justify;\">Ora sulla spianatoia fate un giro pieghe a tre, riposo di 30-40 minuti, altro giro di pieghe a tre, pirlate arrotondando l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122impasto e porre a lievitare a 26-28\u00c2\u00b0 nylon, stringendolo come a stringere un cappio e staccando i tocchetti: in questo modo non si roviner\u00c3\u00a0 la girella.<br \/>\n<em>Logicamente, conoscendo la mia scarsa pazienza per queste operazioni, ho richiesto il supporto di Stephan<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adagiate le girelle sulla teglia ricoperta di carta forno, ricoprite con un foglio di pellicola e fate lievitare fino al raddoppio, in un luogo caldo e riparato.<br \/>\nCi vorranno circa 2 orette o comunque regolatevi a vista<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_22471\"
