Riso"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sicuramente il pesce (<em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/index.php\/2020\/04\/15\/bangladesh_makher-taukari\/\">\u00c2\u00a0Makher Taukari &#8211; Fish Curry<\/a><\/strong><\/em> &#8211; pesce al curry ) non poteva essere mangiato cosi&#8217;, senza un qualche cosa che potesse accompagnare il piatto.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ho dunque trovato <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/chefbolek.blogspot.com\/2010\/10\/around-world-in-80-dishes-bangladesh.html\">questa<\/a><\/strong><\/em> versione di riso che ho subito preparato.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti &#8211; Riso\u00c2\u00a0 speziato<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<pre>1 tazza di riso basmati\r\n2 tazze d'acqua\r\n1 cipolla piccola, tagliata a dadini\r\n1 carota a dadini\r\n1 foglia di alloro\r\n1 stecca di cannella, sbriciolata\r\n4 chiodi di garofano\r\n8 grani di pepe\r\n1\/4 cucchiaino di semi di cumino\r\n1 cucchiaio di olio vegetal\r\n2 cucchiai di burro\r\nSale, a piacere<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Scaldate una pentola a fuoco medio.<br \/>\nAggiungete le spezie e tostatele per un minuto o due.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-21866\" src=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/IMG_20200415_115059-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"525\" height=\"295\" srcset=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/IMG_20200415_115059-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/IMG_20200415_115059-150x84.jpg 150w, https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/IMG_20200415_115059-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/IMG_20200415_115059-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 525px) 100vw, 525px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aggiungete il burro e le cipolle.<br \/>\nSoffriggete le cipolle fino a quando non sono traslucide.
