Alfajores con dulce de leche"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gli <strong>alfajores<\/strong> sono piccole delizie realizzate con farina e maizena (o fecola di patate).<br \/>\nSono formati da due biscottini tondi sabl\u00c3\u00a9, cos\u00c3\u00ac delicati e morbidi da sciogliersi in bocca. Alfajores con dulce de leche<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>I biscotti non riempiti possono essere conservati in un contenitore ermetico a temperatura ambiente fino a 3 giorni.<br \/>\nIl dulce de leche rimanente pu\u00c3\u00b2 essere conservato, coperto, anche nel frigorifero.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note Personali<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per la conversione delle misure ho usato alcune note che ho trovato, piu&#8217; tardi inseriro&#8217; anche un post..<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con le seguenti quantita&#8217; (e se non ho sbagliato le conversioni) dovrebbe essere circa 1kg di impasto.<br \/>\nHo quindi diminuito tutte le dosi usando:<br \/>\n&#8211; 345gr farina<br \/>\n&#8211; 41gr zucchero a velo<br \/>\n&#8211; 259gr burro<br \/>\n&#8211; 90gr acqua<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ho usato della farina per &#8220;biscotti di Natale&#8221; della Rieper<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;altezza di ogni biscottino singolo era di 6mm. Decisamente troppo per prepararli a panino..<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mi sono scordata di aggiungere lo zucchero prima di infornarli, cosi&#8217; non si e&#8217; formata la crosticina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Y muy buen provecho!<\/p>\n<p>Un po\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 qua \u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 und ein bisschen dort<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gli alfajores sono piccole delizie realizzate con farina e maizena (o fecola di patate).
