Pilaw (riso speziato)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Come ben sapete, durante questo periodo di pandemia data dal coronavirus, non e&#8217; poi molto consigliato uscire spesso di casa per fare la spesa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cosi&#8217; ci si arrangia con quanto si ha in casa, tentando di terminare le scorte aperte o delle confezioni acquistate secoli fa, chiuse, ma messe nel dimenticatoio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ad essere sincera, per il pranzo di oggi, avevo pensato di preparare un pranzetto delle Bahamas ma la contingenza mi ha fatto demordere, ritornando quindi alla &#8220;mia Africa&#8221; in particolare al <strong>Kenia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dall&#8217;ormai strafamoso libro, almeno per me, sulla cucina africana ho scovato questo piatto &#8211; il <strong>Pilaw<\/strong> (riso speziato) &#8211;
