Riso giallo con uvetta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mentre cucinavo questo riso, per accompagnare il piatto di <strong>carne Bobotie<\/strong> del SudAfrica, mi e&#8217; venuto in mente che avevo gia&#8217; preparato un riso simile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In effetti si puo&#8217; notare una certa somiglianza con il &#8220;pulau&#8221; ( <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/index.php\/2020\/01\/19\/afghanistan_kabuli_pulao\/\">Kabuli Pulau<\/a><\/strong><\/em> ) dell&#8217;Afghanistan.<br \/>\nQui non troviamo lo zafferano, ma per colorire il riso viene usata della curcuma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ricetta presa dal libro &#8220;<em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/index.php\/2020\/03\/05\/so-kocht-afrika\/\">So kocht Afrika<\/a><\/strong><\/em>&#8221;
