comunissima, e spessissimo viene data ai bambini tra i primi assaggi.<br \/>\nGrazie, soprattutto, al suo sapore dolce, simile alla carota.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La pastinaca \u00c3\u00a8 un tubero invernale dalle dimensioni piuttosto grandi, di colore bianco.<br \/>\nHa un alto contenuto di zuccheri ed \u00c3\u00a8 un alimento piuttosto calorico.<br \/>\nContiene vitamine, sali minerali ed \u00c3\u00a8 ricchissimo di fibre.<br \/>\nPu\u00c3\u00b2 essere cotta al forno, arrostita, fritta ma anche consumata cruda in insalata, puo&#8217; 4 persone<\/p>\n<pre>400gr Pastinaca\r\n1 Patata\r\n1 Cipolla\r\n2 cucchiai di olio extravergine di oliva\r\n15gr zenzero\r\n2 cucchiaini di curcuma\r\n12 noci\r\n1lt di brodo vegetale (con dado per noi)\r\nsale<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sbucciate la patata e la pastinaca.<br \/>\nTagliate la\u00c2\u00a0 pastinaca e la patata a cubi di circa 1 cm; Rivestite di carta da forno una teglia e adagiate le chips di pastinaca\/patate ottenute, salatele e conditetele con un filo di olio.<br \/>\nInfornate a 150\u00c2\u00b0C per 20 minuti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Presa da<\/strong> https:\/\/www.agrodolce.it\/ricette\/vellutata-di-pastinaca\/<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Essendo cosi&#8217; leggera, penso sia anche ottima per chi segue un regime alimentare &#8220;controllato&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Un po\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 di calcoli ProPoints (del vecchio sistema WeightWatchers), usando le quantita\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 della ricetta originale<\/span><\/p>\n<p>8PP &#8211; 400gr Pastinaca<br \/>\n1 PP &#8211; 1 Patata (considerando 50gr)<br \/>\n0PP &#8211; 1 Cipolla<br \/>\n2PP &#8211; olio (inserendo giusto 2 porzioni per 4)<br \/>\n1PP &#8211; 15gr zenzero<br \/>\n0PP &#8211; 2 cucchiaini di curcuma<br \/>\n0PP &#8211; 1lt di brodo vegetale (con dado per noi)<\/p>\n<p>xxPP &#8211; 12 noci (opzionali, ma con i punti ci stiamo&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">12PP in totale, per 3 PP a persona.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Un po\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 qua \u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 und ein bisschen dort<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Avete mai provato la pastinaca?
