Jasha Maroo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il <b>Bhutan<\/b> (pron. tradizionale \/bu\u00cb\u02c6tan\/) o <b>Butan<\/b>, ufficialmente <b>Druk Yul<\/b> (conosciuta come <i>Lho Pho Mon<\/i> &#8211; terra meridionale delle tenebre) e dal resto del mondo chiamato <b>Regno del Bhutan<\/b>, \u00c3\u00a8 un piccolo stato himalayano dell&#8217;Asia, localizzato nella catena himalayana. La capitale \u00c3\u00a8 Thimphu.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Confinante a nord con il Tibet (Cina) e a sud con l&#8217;India, il Bhutan \u00c3\u00a8 una monarchia costituzionale dal 2007; il sovrano \u00c3\u00a8 Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck.<br \/>\nLa lingua ufficiale \u00c3\u00a8 lo dzongkha (derivazione dall&#8217;antico tibetano).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-30700\" src=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/asia_meridionale-e1618585474217.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"401\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I <strong>Bhutanesi<\/strong> amano tantissimo il peperoncino che utilizzano abbondantemente in ogni preparazione alimentare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quasi ogni pasto \u00c3\u00a8 costituito da un piatto di riso rosso\u00c2\u00a0condito con una salsa di peperoncini piccantissimi (ema) cucinati con un formaggio di capra fresco e salato (datse).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo stesso formaggio viene utilizzato per cucinare le patate (kewa datse) o per preparare un gustoso piatto con funghi (shamu datse).<br \/>\nAltra grande componente dell&#8217;alimentazione del Bhutan \u00c3\u00a8 la carne di yak e di maiale.\u00c2\u00a0Diffuso \u00c3\u00a8 il maiale stufato con il rafano (phak sha laphu) o\u00c2\u00a0il manzo stufato con spinaci (no sha huentseu) o il pollo con salsa all\u00e2\u20ac\u2122aglio e burro (bja sha maroo).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cosa preparare, allora?<br \/>\nEccoci qui con un &#8220;<strong>Jasha Maroo<\/strong>&#8221; &#8230; logicamente non cosi&#8217; piccante, ma ho lasciato a Stephan la facolta&#8217; di &#8220;insaporirlo&#8221; ulteriormente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti &#8211; Jasha Maroo<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<pre>500gr di pollo tagliato\r\n3 cipolle tritate finemente\r\n2 pomodori tritati finement\r\n6-7 spicchi di aglio tritati finemente\r\n1 porro lavato e affettato finemente\r\n4-5 peperoncini verdi\r\n1 cucchiaio di pasta di zenzero\r\n1\/2 cucchiaio di pasta di peperoncino verde\r\n1\u00e2\u0081\u201e4 tazza di foglie di coriandolo tritate finemente\r\n1,5 cucchiai di olio\r\nsale a gusto<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-21075\" src=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/IMG_20200301_124819-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"525\" height=\"295\" srcset=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/IMG_20200301_124819-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/IMG_20200301_124819-150x84.jpg 150w, https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/IMG_20200301_124819-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/IMG_20200301_124819-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 525px) 100vw, 525px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Scaldate l&#8217;olio in una padella, quando diventa caldo ed inizia a fumare, aggiungete l&#8217;aglio. Ho iniziato inserendo meno aglio di quanto richiesto (solo 3 spicchi, rispetto ai 7-8).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ho saltato l&#8217;aggiunta di chili, di ogni colore e quantita&#8217;, inserendone solamente un pochino.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Non avendo abbastanza pomodori, ne ho inserito uno ed un cucchiaio di concentrato.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il coriandolo?
