{"id":20569,"date":"2020-02-18T11:20:29","date_gmt":"2020-02-18T10:20:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/?p=20569"},"modified":"2020-02-16T16:15:19","modified_gmt":"2020-02-16T15:15:19","slug":"torta-dei-benedettini","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/index.php\/2020\/02\/18\/torta-dei-benedettini\/","title":{"rendered":"Torta dei benedettini o Pan d&#8217;arancia."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Questa torta e&#8217; chiamata Pandarancio o Pan d&#8217;arancio dato che e&#8217; preparata utilizzando un&#8217;arancia intera, naturalmente BIO.<br \/>\n<!--more-->Avevo gia&#8217; preparato una torta simile, precisamente quella suggerita dai <em><a href=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/index.php\/2018\/03\/06\/pandarancio\/\">Fable de Sucre\u00c2\u00a0<\/a><\/em>ma in rete ho trovato questa di Letizia Bruno.<br \/>\nCi sono poche differenze, forse nella maggiore quantita&#8217; di farina di mandorle rispetto alla precedente che ho cucinato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cosi&#8217; ho pensato di rifarla, evitando le spezie ma lasciandola in purezza..<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il Pan d&#8217;aranci(o\/a)\u00c2\u00a0 pare essere un dolce di origini antichissime conosciuto a Catania come dolce tipico preparato dalle suore del Monastero dei Benedettini nell&#8217;antico e splendido convento di San Nicol\u00c3\u00b2 l&#8217;Arena.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In rete si trovano diverse versioni per la stessa ricetta, come in questi link\u00c2\u00a0 <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/thesicilianway.it\/sapori\/ricette-siciliane\/pan-d-arancia-torta-dei-benedettini-ricetta-siciliana\/\">siciliano<\/a><\/strong><\/em> , che differenzia da tutte le altre per l&#8217;utilizzo delle uova, che vengono separate e montate a parte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TORTA DEI BENEDETTINI ( all&#8217;arancia)<\/strong> &#8211; Letizia Bruno<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti<\/strong><\/p>\n<pre>1 arancia (frullata intera con tutta la buccia)\r\n200 gr di mandorle senza buccia (ridotte a farina)\r\n100 gr farina 00\r\n3 uova\r\n90 gr olio \r\n100 latte\r\n16 gr baking powder (lievito per dolci)\r\n300 gr zucchero<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In una ciotola setacciate insieme la farina, lo zucchero ed il lievito e mettete da parte.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_20589\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-20589\" style=\"width: 525px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-20589 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/IMG_20200208_150422-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"525\" height=\"295\" srcset=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/IMG_20200208_150422-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/IMG_20200208_150422-150x84.jpg 150w, https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/IMG_20200208_150422-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/IMG_20200208_150422-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 525px) 100vw, 525px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-20589\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ingredienti. Mi sono scordata di inserire &#8211; in foto &#8211; l&#8217;olio<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tagliate a cubetti l&#8217; arancia intera, inseritela in una caraffa alta e stretta con un po&#8217;
