Fondue bourguignonne"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diciamo che il solo pensiero di dover trovare una preparazione <strong>Svizzera<\/strong> mi ha fatto venir male.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tobias, come sapete, non ha ancora mangiato il formaggio e la cucina Svizzera si basa principalmente su questo ingrediente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Che cosa fare?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Natale abbiamo pensato di preparare la &#8220;<strong>fondue bourguignonne<\/strong>&#8221; (tradotto dal francese <i>fonduta borgognona<\/i>) e, per caso, ho notato che la questo piatto si trattava proprio di una specialit\u00c3\u00a0 originaria della Svizzera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In cosa consiste?<\/p>\n<p>Leggiamo da <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fondue_bourguignonne\">Wikipedia&#8230;
