Hreind\u00c3\u00bdr me\u00c3\u00b0 s\u00c3\u00bakkula\u00c3\u00b0iss\u00c3\u00b3su &#8211; Renna alla salsa di cioccolato"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <b>cucina islandese<\/b> (\u00c3\u008dslenska matarfr\u00c3\u00a6\u00c3\u00b0i) \u00c3\u00a8 l&#8217;espressione dell&#8217;arte culinaria sviluppata in Islanda e ha come elementi principali l&#8217;agnello e il pesce: pietanze che hanno costituito, per molti secoli, l&#8217;unico alimento per gli abitanti dell&#8217;isola.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tipica dell&#8217;isola \u00c3\u00a8 lo <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/strudeldimele.dnshome.de\/index.php\/2017\/07\/20\/skyr-nuova-tendenza\/\">skyr<\/a><\/strong><\/em>, ottenuto dal latte scremato cagliato, e il mysingur, una crema di siero di latte dal sapore dolce.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diciamo che per la preparazione di piatti di questa nazione si fa abbastanza fatica a trovare la materia prima ( teste di pecora, testicoli di montone, squalo fermentato, pinne di foca ed altro ancora).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Effettivamente avevo pensato a chissa&#8217; quale cibo potessi trovare in un&#8217;isola cosi&#8217; lontana da noi. Ma, a confronto, quanto trovato mi ha affascinato piu&#8217; che la Polonia, ad esempio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il seguente libro &#8220;<strong>Leckeres Island &#8211; Das grosse Koch- und Backbuch<\/strong>&#8221; Renna alla salsa di cioccolato<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Per la carne<\/em><br \/>\nMettete una pentola a fuoco basso, facendo sciogliere il burro.<br \/>\nTagliate la carne in grossi pezzi, come medaglioni, e velocemente a fiamma vivace cuocetela nella pentola con il burro, cosi&#8217;
