Duomndi Verlag<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La preparazione del <strong>Cevap\u00c4\u008di\u00c4\u2021i<\/strong> e&#8217; decisamente semplice, ma si preferisce dare all&#8217;impasto la possibilita&#8217; di insaporirsi meglio, restando qualche ora in frigorifero.<br \/>\nI <b>Cevap\u00c4\u008di\u00c4\u2021i<\/b>, nonostante il nome croato, sono polpettine di carne tritata giunte dalla Turchia, attraverso i Balcani, fino alle coste triestine, dove oggi sono diffusissime, soprattutto per le grigliate estive.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Io l&#8217;ho preparato il giorno precedente e questo e&#8217; <strong>Cevap\u00c4\u008di\u00c4\u2021i<\/strong> con Ajvar<\/p>\n<pre>500gr di carne macinata di maiale\r\n250gr di carne macinata di vitello\r\n1 grossa cipolla \r\nsale e pepe\r\n1 cucchiaio di olio\r\npaprika ( inserita dalla sottoscritta)<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tagliate la cipolla fine.<br \/>\nUnite alla carne macinata, di maiale e di vitello, sale, pepe, paprica (da me aggiunta), la cipolla tagliata e mescolate per 5-10 minuti, tanto da mischiare bene la massa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Date forma al \u00c4\u2021evap\u00c4\u008di\u00c4\u2021i, creando delle piccole &#8220;salsicce&#8221; molto usata e tipica dei paesi Balcani (Croazia, Serbia, Macedonia e Bosnia. ) e nell&#8217;Europa dell&#8217;est.<br \/>\nUna <b>salsa<\/b> dal colore rosso intenso, cremosa ,\u00c2\u00a0 e&#8217;\u00c2\u00a0 ottima per condire carne o insalate, oppure spalmata sul pane.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La preparazione della salsa ajvar \u00c3\u00a8 abbastanza lunga ma semplice da realizzare.<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n<p>Un po\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 qua \u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 und ein bisschen dort<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il giro del mondo gastronomico continua anche a casa nostra.
